Our workforce of directly employed multi-skilled personnel are trained to the highest standards in their trade, technical and customer care skills.

We have an excellent health and safety record which plays a significant role in our Key Performance Indicator culture. We invest considerably in health and safety training for all our workforce which is continually reviewed and updated.

Our ability to provide the best in professional staff relies on a combination of ensuring they are equipped with practical skills, expert training and certification to the highest standards including GAS SAFE, NICEIC, CITB, FENSA, CHAS and membership of Constructionline.

This strategic approach is central to our quality assurance programme.

We operate a thriving trade apprenticeship scheme for skills in

  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Joinery

Our apprentices receive the very best training and tuition and develop a wide spectrum of skills.
