Delivering a high quality job to satisfy you and your customers has always been central to our way of working since Wright Build was formed by Mr Peter Wright back in 1978.  We were then, are now and always will be a firm believer in ensuring all our personnel are trained to the highest standards both in terms of their trade, technical skills and equally as important, their customer facing skills.  Although simple to state, we pride ourselves on ensuring we put this into practice – just look at our track record. It results in an enthusiastic and professional approach from our tradesmen on and off customer sites enabling us to pass on the following benefits to our customers;

Training and certification of ALL our staff in appropriate skills has and always will be central to our approach.  Likewise our insistence that staff must be presentable and professional in their appearance, work and manner. Our staff retention is high and we do not use subcontractors....

The belief in training and certification can be seen with wide range of certified skills possessed by our staff and extends to registration for CORGI, NICEIC, CITB, FENSA and membership of Construction Line.  As the company continues to expand Wright Build are now commencing on an “Investors In People” programme.
